L.T. Network Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

By using L.T. Network account system and related services, including, but not limited to, software and support, you are agreeing to the terms and will follow any policies made available to you through the services. Additional terms will be available through the relevant services and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those services.

2. L.T. Network Account

L.T. Network Account is designed by L.T. Network to identify individual users. The intellectual property rights of L.T. Network Account and services remains to L.T. Network.

3. L.T. Network Account Application

3.1. You can apply for a L.T. Network account for free by the following, but not limited to, ways:

• App.
• L.T. Network website.
• SMS or Interactive voice response.
• Participating L.T. Network events, or events that are sponsored by L.T. Networks.
• Other L.T. Network empowered means.

3.2. You are granted a non-transferable right to use the account after registration.
3.3. These terms and conditions are applicable to your L.T. Network Account, in no matter which way you registered it.

4. Identity Verification

4.1. The information collected during the registration process will be used to improve and continue developing our products and services, and, when necessary, provide you with help and support. Due to law and regulations you might occasionally need to fill in certain personal information. We might not be able to provide you (full) account access if the information is missing or incorrect.
4.2. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party, unless we have your explicit consent or required by law.

5. L.T. Network Account Usage

5.1. You may use your L.T. Network Account according to our terms and policies to access our games and services.
5.2. Except accessing our games and services with your L.T. Network Account you can use your account to access the services of our affiliate companies.

6. L.T Network Account Security

6.1. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including any passwords used to access your account and our services, and installation of anti-virus and malware software.
6.2. We work hard to protect L.T. Network and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or deletion of information that we hold.

7. Retrieving L.T. Network Account Credentials

We will do our best helping you to retrieve your account if it is lost or stolen. But keep in mind; if we’re not able to verify you as the account owner, we cannot give you access to an account.

8. Limitation and Regulations

8.1. We may suspend or terminate our services if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
8.2. L.T. Network Account is personal and you are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use your account.
8.3. If the account you are using was registered other than by you, please do not further use it and contact the rightful owner or L.T. Network.

9. Disclaimer

9.1. You understand and agree to that you are solely responsible for the activity that happens on or through your account.
9.2. We will not be liable for the loss of your account other than due to our cause.
9.3. We are not liable for any damage caused by deactivating or terminating your accounts, which is done in line with our terms and policies.
9.4. You are not permitted to transfer for free or for a charge your account, and are solely responsible for any damage or consequences. In such event L.T. Network reserves the right to pursue the matter in court.

10. L.T. Network Account Limitations, Suspension and Termination

10.1. We will limit, suspend or terminate your account in the event of illegal activities. The account may or may not be reactivated depending on the actual circumstances.
10.2. We may terminate your account without prior notice in the event you are using an account that is not registered by you.
10.3. To optimize our services we reserve the right to terminate your account if the activation period has been expired or if your account has not been used to login for a long period.
10.4. We are not liable for any damage in case your account has been limited, suspended or terminate for the above reasons.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. We may modify these terms or any additional terms, for example to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a service, you should discontinue your use of that service.
12.2. To these terms of service the law of the People's Republic of China is applicable.
12.3. In the event of any dispute that cannot be solved in a friendly manner, the dispute will be submitted a People’s Court in the jurisdiction where this terms of services is signed.
12.4. The headers in this terms and conditions are only for convenience purpose only and do not have any legal effect.
12.5. If any provision in these terms of service is held to be illegal or unenforceable, no other provision of these terms of service will be affected.
